  • Do you offer online sessions?

    Yes. I currently offer virtual sessions only, so you can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Do you provide direct billing for insurance?

    No. I don’t offer direct billing at this time, but I will give you an official receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?

    That’s completely okay. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit before committing.

  • Are sessions confidential?

    Yes. Everything you share in therapy is kept private and confidential, with the only exceptions being legal and safety requirements.

  • Do you work with children or teens?

    I currently work with adults, couples, families, and teenagers. At this time, I don’t work with children.

  • How do I pay for sessions?

    Payment is made by e-transfer or credit card and is due at the time of your appointment.
